RISE Life Management Services is a vibrant and dynamic Non-Government Organisation (NGO), that has made a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable populations in Jamaica for over 30 years.
We are a team of experienced professionals – Administrators, Counsellors, Project Managers and Youth Development Practitioners – who have given years of dedicated service. Many of our team members began their journey with us straight out of high school as peer educators. Today they work to ensure that others benefit from our core calues of respect, Integrety, solidarity and empathy.

To partner with local and international institutions, public and private sector organizations, and communities to design and implement evidence-based and trauma-informed strategies that build resilience, promote equity and inclusion, and strengthen capacity.

Who is RISE?
What we do
- Design and implement community based social interventions, child trafficking prevention, student support and mentorship
- Provide life skills training for at-risk populations including children, youth, persons with disabilities, students and teachers, guidance counsellors and community based organisations
- Capacity building for other NGOs in areas such as networking and NGO management.
- Telephone and face-to-face counselling for gambling and substance abuse disorders.
- Susbstance misuse treatment programme for adolescents and young adults.
- Provide Employees Assistance Programme for the workplace.
